Welcome! I’m Jeff.
I write songs & scripts.
And I just might trick you into liking musicals.
I was born and raised in New Jersey to a family that believed the best show you could see in New York was on the field at Yankee Stadium. I felt that way too until witnessing a shockingly-excellent high school production of “Sweeney Todd” that changed everything.
Jump ahead *cough* years and now I’m a writer-lyricist best known for my work co-creating the chart-topping musical podcast In Strange Woods (iHeartRadio Award nominee) and the ghost rom-com musical Love Is Dead (Village Theatre, Jun 2027).
In all my work, I strive to unearth the funny, the profound, and the poetic waiting just below the surface of everyday life.
If you want to support that work, then listen to the songs, read about each project’s journey, and reach out to learn how you can get involved; as a producer, a collaborator, an audience member… Art is a team sport. Like baseball. Go Yankees! Go Sondheim!
